My office will be open Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:15 and 4:30 and Friday between the hours of 9:15 and 1:45.
In an effort to protect all who enter my office, I am seeing clients primarily through telehealth platforms. If an in-person session is needed due to safety and confidentiality concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will work to accommodate your needs. Masks will be required for in-person sessions. If utilizing insurance, please make sure to verify telehealth and in-person session benefits before scheduling your appointment. Some insurance offer limited benefits for telehealth services.
The regular fee for clinical services is $145/per hour for the initial visit. Follow-up sessions are $130/per hour.
I am contracted with BlueCross and BlueShield, Magellan, and UnitedHealthcare; and, I am in the process of being contracted with Aetna. If applicable, I am able to provide a receipt of services for you to send to your insurance provider for out of network benefits. If you are currently insured through Aetna, please speak with me regarding fees during this processing time.
I can accept cash, check, major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be billed for the missed session at a rate of $70. Insurance will not pay for missed sessions.
