My office will be open Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:15 and 4:30 and Friday between the hours of 9:15 and 1:45.
I am presently seeing clients in-person as well as virtually. In an effort to protect all who enter my office, masks will be required for in-person sessions. If utilizing insurance, please make sure to verify telehealth and in-person session benefits before scheduling your appointment. Some insurance plans offer limited benefits for telehealth services.
The regular fee for clinical services is $145/per hour for the initial visit. Follow-up sessions are $130/per hour.
I am contracted with Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Magellan, UnitedHealthcare, and TRICARE East.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
I can accept cash, check, major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be billed for the missed session at a rate of $70. Insurance will not pay for missed sessions.
